Now we are looking for a Senior Mantou Consultant in Bread-making BU externally and internally. • Position: Senior Mantou Consultant
• Report to: China CEO
• Location: Shanghai

Main responsibilities:

Provide the directions and suggestions on the Mantou related products (including yeast, sourdough, and improver), to increase the company’s knowledge of Mantou application and define consumers’ expectations. Contribute to the definition of R&D project, to the evaluation of development products, and to help the company to improve the market of Mantou related products.

Quality of the candidates:

Education background of Food Science, flour or related majors in the University, master Degree or above.; Several years of R&D Experience in Mantou / Chinese staple food is mandatory.; Deep knowledge of Mantou making is mandatory; Impact full in the Mantou industry, expert in this industry and related fields, experience in publishing papers and giving conferences.; Experience in sensory analysis is a plus; English ability is preferred but not mandatory.
