ibis®300 Softness is a powerful bread improver specially designed for all types of soft breads like soft buns & soft sweet buns, hamburger buns, soft rollsm finger rolls, white sandwich bread, milk bread, brioches etc…..
ibis®300 Softnesssuccessfully provides softness and generous white texture to the bread. It improves also fermentation and volume and extends product shelf life. It can be used for all yeast raised products

ibis®300 Softnessreinforces glutinous network development and increases dough and tolerance. The gas retention is higher and the dough supports stress more easy.

ibis®300 Softnessspeeds up the initial fermentation and the development, while baking is good and steady with a strong improvement in the product volume. The oven spring is really significant.

INGREDIENTS: Soya flour; Wheat flour; vegetable oil; Food additives:Calcium sulphate; Ascorbic acid; Enzymes (Alpha-amylase; Amyloglucosidase; Glucose-oxydase; Hemicellulase; Lipase; Maltogenic amylase).
LEVEL OF USE: From 0.3 to 0.6% on flour weight i.e.: 300-600g for 100kg flour.
DIRECTION FOR USE: Put ibis®300 Softness into the flour, add other ingredients and then start mixing.
PACKAGING: Carton box containing 10 sachets of 600g, i.e.: 6kg net weight.
STORAGE: ibis®300 Softness is a top-quality product which requires careful storage. To ensure the best results, store ibis®300 Softnessin a cool and dry place (temperature should not exceed 30°C).
SHELF LIFE: 18 months from production date
