Magimix Frozen Dough

LEVEL OF USE: From 1.5 to 3% on flour weight i.e.: 1500g-3000g for 100kg flour.
DIRECTION FOR USE: Put Magimix® Frozen Dough improver into the flour, add other ingredients and then start mixing.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat gluten; Wheat flour; Food additives：Calcium carbonate; DATEM; Ascorbic acid; Enzymes (Alpha-amylase; Hemicellulase;)
PACKAGING: Carton box containing 10 sachets of 1kg, i.e.: 10kg net weight.
