Derived from a yeast strain specially selected and cultivated by Lesaffre, saf-pizza is an instant dried yeast adapted to the needs of pizza-makers.
Benefits
Thanks to saf-pizza yeast, dough is easier to roll out and pizza bases can be prepared more quickly. This yeast makes it possible to avoid any shrinkage of the dough (“ovalling”).

Conservation
