100天……30天……1天……第二届中国国际进口博览会已经进入倒计时最后阶段！150多个国家和地区，3000多家企业。

 

11月5日-10日，世界目光聚焦上海

第二届中国国际进口博览会

乐斯福集团今年再次受邀参展，烘焙世界杯亚太区选拔赛路易·乐斯福杯也将入驻进博会。来自亚太不同国家和地区的5支晋级队伍，将通过一系列现场考验角逐通往法国决赛的门票。中国代表队、韩国代表队、新加坡代表队、中国台北代表队、日本代表队。最终哪3支队伍将代表亚太出征烘焙世界杯？谁会代表亚太前往法国？答案揭晓前，我们来认识一下这些亚太顶级烘培师。

我非常欣赏日本代表队的创作作品，他们是首次赢得“面包世界杯”大赛。我参加比赛的初衷之一是为了提高自身的技能。

What is the motivation to participate in La Coupe du Monde de Boulangerie？

I greatly admire the works created by Japanese team who won « La Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie 2002 » for the first time. Improvement of my own skill is also one of my motivation.

What is the motivation to participate in La Coupe du Monde de Boulangerie？

I was really impressed with the performance of former Japanese team’s members joined in « La Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie ». This is a big challenge for me in order to improve my technique level.

What is the motivation to participate in La Coupe du Monde de Boulangerie？

I want to make best effort to became No.1 around the world in the professional field that I love.The respect for previous Japanese candidates of « La Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie » and the passion for achieving the best works than them are also my motivation.
